About Us

Established since 1973 Gayton Goslings is now situated in our own purpose built building in Lynn Road.

We are a community based daycare centre which is a member of the National Preschool Learning Alliance. Membership number MA5251G, Branch Number 21409.

Gayton Goslings is also a registered charity – number 1039558, and is regularly inspected by OfSTED. At the annual general meeting held every January, a committee made up of parents of the children who attend the Centre is elected to administer and be responsible for the policy of the group.

PARENTS

We do need all parents to be involved and we value your ideas and help in whatever way you can give it.

THE BUILDING

In September 2005, we moved to our own purpose built modular building. Our building has a fully equipped kitchen, large play room (which is divided to enable different areas for different types of play), two childrens toilets, a disabled toilet, office, store room and cloakroom. Outside we have disabled access to the Centre.

THE STAFF

Goslings sessions are run and organised by the Manager with help from the other practitioners. They are all responsible for the planning of an educational programme for the year and also a more detailed schedule to each term. We have a positive attitude towards staff training, training quickly and efficiently when funds allow. Not only does this enable us to keep up to date with the latest ideas it also improves our knowledge and skills.
